The State Agency of Ukraine for Investments and Innovations will co-operate with UAIB

February, 6, 2009 Deputy of Chairman of the State Agency of Ukraine for investments and innovations Anatoliy Zaets' and General Director of Ukrainian Association of Investment Business Andrey Ribal'chenko signed an agreement about the mutual understanding and collaboration in direction of development of legislation with the purpose of improvement regulatory environment for realization business and investing in Ukraine.

Within the framework of realization agreement foreseen:

an exchange legal information, grant of documents, literature and other materials for legislative aims;
providing support of law project work;
collaboration of experts in the study of legislation problem questions, development of the proper suggestions and providing realization;
conducting of thematic seminars and round tables;
organization and examining projects, acts of legislation and others like that.

Information

Ukrainian Association of Investment Business (UAIB) voluntarily, non-state, noncommercial organization, based on principles of self-regulation, equality of rights, free will and public interests of the members. UAIB founded in April, 1995 and one of the oldest professional organizations of participants fund market.
