The representative of the Agency took part in the II National Forum “Business restructuring as a universal tool for M & A transactions, asset protection and attracting capital”
Director of the Department of Institutional Development of capital markets and corporate management of the State Agency of Ukraine for Investments and Innovations (hereafter - the Agency) Rostyslav Lukach took part in the II National Forum “Business restructuring as a universal tool for M & A transactions, asset protection and attracting capital”, which was held in Kiev on April 17 -18, 2008.
The main topic of discussion was the exchange of experience of specialists in the fields of mergers and acquisitions.
The participants of the Forum were discussed the issues of business transformation as a basic element of M & A, the way of assets protection and raise capital.
The forum was attended by managers and owners of the large Ukrainian companies and holding companies, representatives of investment funds, investment banks, law firms, brokers, PR-companies and independent consultants.
Law firm Spenser & Kauffmann, a consulting company BPT Group, a communication company “Mikhailov & Partners. Ukraine”, company Conference House hosted this event.
