The State Enterprise “The National Center for Implementation of Branch Innovative Programs” (SE “NCIBIP”) was formed according to the decree of the Head of the State Agency of Ukraine for Investments and Innovations (the Agency) dated April 12, 2007 №23 for the implementation of the decree of the President of Ukraine “On the decision of the National Security and defense Council of Ukraine dated April6, 2006 “On the situation of scientific-technological sphere and measures on ensuring of innovation development of Ukraine” dated July 11, 2006 № 606 (the text is given in the original version).

The founder of the State Enterprise “National Center for Implementation of Branch Innovation Programs” is a State in the person of the State Agency of Ukraine for Investments and Innovations. The State Enterprise “National Center for Implementation of Branch Innovation Programs” is under the authority of the State Agency of Ukraine for Investments and Innovations.

SE “NCIBIP” was formed with an aim to develop and introduce innovation programs and development of innovation infrastructure.
